(Aug-Dec 2014) Transnatinal Envirnmental Law (undergraduate level) This curse analysed sme f the central themes impacting n transnatinal envirnmental regulatin. The first part was an intrductry sectin that examined the theries f regulatin, regulatry strategies (e.g. emissin trading), regulatin and develpment, and multi-level regulatin. The secnd part examined the glbal and internatinal regulatin, the main challenges f the internatinal envirnmental negtiatins (particularly regarding climate change), the rle f bth science and ethics in envirnmental regulatin, and envirnmental justice.
