4 FOREWORD Voyce Pullin are very pleased to receive instructions from John Handley and his family to conduct Today s very Genuine Dispersal Sale. The farm was traditionally in dairy production and most recently operated a first class Commercial herd of Aberdeen Angus suckler cattle and the machinery we offer today served the farm well for those operations. The machinery has been well maintained and whilst also of age is the type of machinery that was well built and can easily be maintained without the need of computer technology. Today s sale brings to many a good opportunity to purchase good quality yet affordable machinery and your attendance here is highly recommended. Jon Pullin - March 2018 METHOD AND ORDER OF SALE All Items listed in the catalogue will be sold in pounds and we will commence at Lot 1. All items will be conveniently alotted as they are laid out and whilst the layout of this catalogue does not constitute a lot order our usual method is to commence with sundry items, finishing with the tractors/teleporters. Entered lots will be sold at the end. CONDITIONS OF SALE The sale is held subject to the Auctioneer's General terms and Conditions of Sale (printed in the back of the catalogue) and to the Auction Conditions of Sale recommended for use by the Livestock Auctioneers Association (LAA) and Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), the latter Conditions will be displayed in full at the Sale Premises and available to those purchasers who wish to view them. All lots are sold as seen and without warranty of any type unless specifically stated. In attending the Sale purchasers are deemed to have full knowledge of and to abide by the Sale Conditions and any Special Conditions of Sale detailed at the commencement of Sale. VAT VAT at the current standard rate will be charged on all items. BUYERS PREMIUM No Buyers Premium will be charged on the sale. CATALOGUE ENTRIES Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the descriptions are accurate no guarantee is given or implied. Buyers should note that lots may be withdrawn and other lots added prior to the sale day. Buyers are not advised to contact the Auctioneers prior to the sale to confirm a particular lots inclusion since the Vendor nor the Auctioneers will be responsible for abortive expenses in respect of withdrawn lots. We cannot guarantee that the precise lotting order will not change. Purchasers are reminded that all lots become their responsibility from the fall of the hammer. (See Conditions of Sale). COMMISSION BIDS The Auctioneers will be pleased to execute written commission bids prior to the sale on the understanding that the Purchaser has inspected the items. Forms are available on request. Please contact the Auctioneers prior to sale. 5 ENGINE HOURS Neither the vendors nor the auctioneers make any warranty regarding engine hours or vehicle mileages. Any quoted tractor hours in the catalogue were recorded in March 2018, but continue to be used up until sale day. The Auctioneers will update clock readings and announce at the point of sale ELECTRICAL ITEMS All electrical items will be PAT tested prior to the date of sale as appropriate. PAYMENT TERMS Purchasers wishing to pay by cheque who are not known to the Auctioneers are asked to contact Mr Jon Pullin on 01454 269486 or 07736 800760 to discuss references. We are now able to accept credit and debit cards in settlement of your purchase (subject to signal). Purchasers can make arrangements to pay via BACS automatic bank credit transfers.
