The green space is really important We have a big problem with the flat roofs, there is damp, leaking
The amazing thing is that the whole estate gets beautiful light Its not easy to get around, even with the maps you are lost

Not enough air and light - What is the orientation of homes in relation to daylight during the day
Not enough room - Is there sufficient storage and are the homes big enough.
