Applicants not legally married must fill out a separate application. Every question must be answered in its entirety, if something does not apply put N/A, leaving any part of the application blank will delay the processing of your application. A copy of your driver s license, passport or picture ID, social security card AND vehicle registration must be included with application. Any misrepresentation or falsification of information provided may result in a disqualification of approval. A MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER S CHECK for $125.00 payable to TENANT EVALUATION MUST be included with the application. The application fee is NON REFUNDABLE if applicant is not approved by the Board of Directors. Applications need to be in to association office 30 days prior to closing or move in for processing. All adult applicants must make themselves available for a personal interview by the Board of Directors. Occupancy prior to approval by the Board of Directors is PROHIBITED. A copy of the sales contract or lease executed by all parties must be accompanied by this application. When filling out the application, please enter the purchaser/tenant s full legal name and maiden if applicable.

Rules and Regulations 1. A unit owner shall not permit anything to be done or kept in his unit which will increase the insurance rates on the unit. 2. All refuse, waste, bottles, cans, garbage, etc., shall be securely wrapped in plastic garbage bags and placed in the appropriate collection dumpster at the Southwest corner of the community. 3. No unit owner, families, guests, invitees, lessees, etc. are permitted on the roof for any purpose. 4. No loitering on sidewalks, entrances, passages, lobbies, hallways, stairs and common areas. 5. All personal property of owners/tenants must be stored in their respective units. 6. No signs of any kind are permitted. 7. Solicitation is prohibited in any form on the property. 8. Only patio type furniture shall be placed on balconies/patios. 9. Balconies/patios cannot be used for storage and must be kept clean and tidy. 10. All balconies/patios screens must be maintained by owner. 11. Pest control in the unit is the responsibility of the owner/tenant. 12. No repair of vehicles shall be made on the condominium property. 13. Children are not to play in the public halls, in the parking areas, on the public walkways, or on the stairways. 14. Each owner/tenant is responsible for maintaining a reasonable sound level including noise from conversation, recorded or live music, instruments and hand or power tools. 15. All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when entering or utilizing the common elements. 16. No animals may be kept or maintained in any unit prior to written consent of the Association.

17. Maximum of one (1) pet allowed, no more than 30 pounds. All pets must be walked on a leach and their fasces must be collected and discarded of properly. No Pit Bulls or Aggressive Breed Dogs Allowed. 18. Vehicles must be parked Head in position. No inoperative motor vehicles may be kept in the property. 19. All unit owners/tenants must park in their assigned parking space. 20. You must contact office to obtain parking decals for assigned spot. 21. Guest must park in guest parking only. 22. Trucks, van campers, recreational vehicles boats, jet skies, trailers and motorcycles may not be parked on the property without prior approval of the management. Signature: Date: Property Address:
