It peaked my interest because I have been searching for ways to earn extra money and decided to explore this possibility.this book details a lot of how tos:â How to take on the project of buying real estateâ How to determine if and when to walk away from a dealâ How to handle cash during a renovationâ.. and so many others.i am encouraged by the author to read as much as I can and more about real estate and I will do just that to become knowledgeable and successfully in this field.i appreciate this book for this stage of my life and am thankful I came across it. This book will increase your knowledge when it comes to real estate by ten folds; everything you need to know about real estate is in this book. The guidelines in investment, buying and selling are very easy to understand. Youâ ll find tons of useful information about real estate investing inside this book. What I like more about this book is, it is detailed, concise and well written. The book did not fail me at all. It gave me ideas about what a real estate is. It provided information on how to buy and invest wisely. All of the ideas are valuable. I recommend this book for anyone just starting out and need ideas to help them boost their career. This book will undoubtedly be of great help for those who want to start in this business. Short but great book. The author of this book is also into real estate business, so you are sure you can get very useful tips and information here, whether you are a newbie in the business or have been in it for a long time but want to learn more. This book is an approach to real estate investment based on the author's experience. He provided ways how to find discounts,working on a budget and time scale. He even provided tips on practical things needed to be done in flipping house, like managing several experts on asbestos or termite elimination, He reminded to assess cash flow before buying the house and while works are being done on it. The author provided a buyer's reminded that can be applied not just in buying real estate, but with buying everything big and small, "buy with your head, not with your heart".

I have read numerous real estate investing books and I've found all have at least some good information. Some were worth the money and time investment and some not. I felt the author of this book wrote it because of the love of what he does and wanted to share his learnings with others. A lot of the others do it for their own financial gain and really care nothing about their intended audience.i would like to see Mr. Kellerman perhaps write a series of 3 books going more in depth on the whole house renovating process - beginning (finding the right property). Middle (getting the house ready for market) and end (marketing strategies). Perhaps include some real life examples on what we're likely to find out in the field. I personally am interested in purchasing HUD houses for wholesaling and / or retailing to the public.i would very much be interested in meeting in person someday This book is quite a roadmap for those looking into the journey of real estate investing. This book is the best guide to starting your own career in the world of real estate. Everything you need to know is in this book with a proper explanation. This book covers the basic info that every real estate agent ought to comprehend. This book is a perfect guidebook to help you navigate through the trickiest strategies of this interesting business This is a great book for people who are new to commercial real estate investing, and want to gain a clear understanding of the basics. This book has everything you need to know along the way. If you are going into business as a real estate flipper, then you need to have a lot of things already in place. Having a good relationship with a real estate agent will help you because this will help you to study the market in your area. This is detailed later. However, this chapter deals with a lot of the relationships that you need to get into order before you start up your business. Knowing these and having your reputation with them will help you to make the most of your business and get great deals both on materials, services and tips as to when houses with good potential come onto the market. Real estate can be a tough business to dwell into most especially if you do not have the patience and perseverance to go about the whole process of getting a market and potential clients. One needs to take into consideration a whole lot of strategies and platforms to boost properties and making it popular. Credibility is also a great factor when opting into this kind of investment. This book by far is the best one for me because it sums up everything from different kinds of aspect and gives details about how one can prosper from real estate. Good read!
