Any lessee must comply with the Association s rules and regulations. The maximum number of leased patio homes is fifteen percent (15%) and therefore, can not exceed 30 patio homes. If this application exceeds the limit, the applicant will be placed on a waiting list to be considered on a first come, first served basis. I have read and understand that all lessees who will occupy Sun Terrace units must complete application forms, pay a $100.00 application fee to Sun Terrace, a $100.00 fee to Banyan Property Management (all fees must be paid with a back certified check or money order) and agree to an orientation before or the next scheduled orientation after moving into a unit. Any violation of the covenants may result in the Association s proceeding with immediate eviction proceedings against the offending unit.
