THE APARTMENTS Brf Blanka s apartments have large windows, making for light, airy spaces. Ceiling height is a generous 2.6 metres, while ceilings in ground-floor apartments can be up to 3.3 metres high. The different looks and designs of the buildings create a great variety of homes. Many of the apartments are more compact with maximised space to suit younger couples and singles, but there are also homes with up to five rooms plus kitchen for those who require more space. Start 'home saving' If you use home saving for your new home and/or are a member with B you can have the opportunity to be prioritised for new-build homes and B s rented housing throughout Sweden. Those with the most home saving points get first priority to choose. Apartments are offered for sale to other interested parties once B home-savers and members have chosen apartments. You can find out more about this at hsb.se/engelska Home save and be the first to choose an apartment! IT'S EASY TO PURCHASE an B-apartment With B, it s easy to both find and buy your dream home. Here we look at how the sales process works. Please contact us if there s anything you d like more information about. And, as mentioned, if you want to select an apartment before they re offered to the general public, start home saving with B. Once you find a project you like, you can initially register your interest free of charge via our website or by contacting B Gothenburg. Before the apartments go on sale, we ll email you with updates about the progress of the apartments. Once you decide to buy, we sign a preliminary contract with you. This is a contract between the buyer and the tenant-owner association that guarantees the apartment will be purchased by you. At this time you make an advance payment on the purchase price. Once the tenant-owner association has registered a financial plan with the Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket), it s time to sign the tenancy contract, i.e. the actual purchase contract. You ll receive a definite moving-in date no later than three months before you move in. Then all you need to do is start packing. On the purchase completion date you pay the remainder of the purchase price and the cost of any options you have chosen. All the apartments have a high basic standard, but those buyers who apply early can also make lots of free and exciting design choices. Before moving into your new home you ll be invited to attend the survey of the apartment that you re buying. The survey is, of course, performed by an independent surveyor. B wants to ensure that everything is as it should be and that you re happy. So a couple of months after you move in we carry out a follow-up check to see how you re getting on in your new home. Swedbank is the account-holding bank for B s home-savers. The accounts B Bosparkonto and B Fasträntekonto are covered by the government deposit guarantee, as determined by the National Swedish Debt Office. Each customer is entitled to compensation for their total account balance with the bank up to SEK 950,000.
