LYNCHBURG VIRGINIA MSA is located in Bedford County, Virginia and is part of the Lynchburg Virginia MSA that comprises the city of Lynchburg and counties of Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford and Campbell with a 2016 population of 260,320 making it the fifth largest MSA in the state of Virginia.
