The location of said easement across said land is shown on Easement Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference made a part thereof. PERMANENT GAUGING STRUCTURE EASEMENT This easement shall include the right to enter upon the property to construct, install, operate, inspect, maintain, and repair a concrete gauging structure upon said property. This easement shall include the right to enter upon the afore described real property and otherwise do those things reasonable and necessary to effectuate its purpose. The permanent gauging structure easement shall consist of a strip of land thirty (30) feet wide and sixty (60) feet long, located on the property approximately as shown on Easement Exhibit A. The easement is intended to be used only for a gauging structure and its related appurtenances unless otherwise approved and amended in writing and accepted by both grantor and grantee identified herein. The Grantor shall not construct, permit any construction, or erect any permanent structure within the permanent easement with the exception of fencing. PERMANENT AIR SUPPLY LINE EASEMENT This easement shall include the right to enter upon the property to construct, install, operate, inspect, maintain, and repair an air supply line upon said property. This easement shall include the right to enter upon the afore described real property and otherwise do those things reasonable and necessary to effectuate its purpose. The permanent air supply line easement shall consist of a strip of land ten (0) feet wide, located on the property approximately as shown on Easement Exhibit A. The easement is intended to be used only for an air supply line unless otherwise approved and amended in writing and accepted by both grantor and grantee identified herein. The Grantor shall not construct, permit any construction, or erect any permanent structure within the permanent easement with the exception of fencing.

TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT This temporary construction easement shall include the right to enter upon the property to construct, install, operate, inspect and maintain a gauging structure and an air supply line upon said property. This easement shall include the right to enter upon the afore described real property and otherwise do those things reasonable and necessary to effectuate its purpose. The temporary easement shall consist of a parcel of land two-hundred and fifty (50) feet wide and five-hundred (500) feet long surrounding the afore described permanent gauging station easement and the permanent air supply line easement as shown on Easement Exhibit A. The City of Sturgis agrees to perform all work in a workmanlike manner, and that, as nearly as reasonably possible; the surface of the ground will be restored to original conditions. This Temporary Construction Easement shall be effective for a period of 8 months from the date hereof, at the expiration of which time this temporary easement shall lapse and be of no further force or effect.
