SCM s Inspector Requirements Professional Engineer Registered Landscape Architect Professional Land Surveyor Also - the licensed professional (i.e., the inspector) is strongly encouraged to successfully complete the NCSU BMP Maintenance Certification Course

SCM Maintenance General maintenance should be done on a routine basis as outlined in the operations and maintenance manuals. They dictate the maintenance needed. BMP manual has and will change over time. Work done out side of the scope of the maintenance manual needs to be approved by the Town before work is performed. What is compliant vs non-compliant
