Key Takeaways had 3,622 new foreclosures in il 29, which is 4% lower than in ch 29 (3,774) and 2% lower than il 28 (4,546). In il 29, new foreclosures in Miami totaled 993, increasing 9% since ch 29 (915), and 13% over il 28 (882). New Foreclosures in (263) saw an 18% decrease from ch 29 (32) and a 2% decrease from il 28 (329). Queens new foreclosures (172) recorded a 23% drop from ch 29 (222) and an 11% decrease from the il 28 numbers (193). Manhattan had 8 new foreclosures in il 29, 47% less than in il 28 (15). There were 341 new foreclosures in Seattle for il 29, which is up 7% from ch 29 (21) and 78% higher than il 28 (192). Staten Island had 47 new foreclosures, which is 15% higher than in ch 29 and 4% higher than il 28. New foreclosures in the Bronx totaled 23, decreasing 44% from ch 29, but rising 1% over il 28.
