Students will learn to calculate the monthly mortgage payment on any given loan, and the borrowing power of a prospective purchaser. 2 hours BIC Duties and Responsibilities: This course is a requirement for those holding a Broker in Charge license. Students will learn what duties are mandatory for BICs and craft a sample job description. The main focus of the course examines the details of managing the trust account and what BICs should do to maintain compliance with laws and regulations regarding trust funds and reconciliations. 4 hours TRID Safely in a Flood of Disclosures: This four-hour course meets the requirements for the mandatory core course from 2016-2018 and covers the complexities of the new disclosures and forms required in real estate closings. Students will be able to explain the rules to buyers and sellers regarding the impact the rules will have on their real estate transactions.
