FISH & ANTHONY LOGAN, is offering to dedicate easement for sidewalk purposes on the southwest side of Tacoma Avenue southeast of Cliff Drive, over the properties substantially shown hatched on Exhibit "B", for public sidewalk purposes. The dedication is required to widen the sidewalk. The investigation fees required under Sections 7.3 and 7.41.1 of the Administrative Code have been paid by the petitioner. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The Bureau of Engineering has determined that this project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, pursuant to the categorical exemptions included in the City of Los Angeles Guidelines under Article Ill, Class 5(19).
