DEVELOPMENT DATA SHEET A Development Data Sheet (attached) is required to be attached to all building plans that are submitted as part of a Rezoning, Development Permit, Development Variance Permit, Land Use Contract, and Neighbourhood Pub application. Each time a revised set of drawings is submitted to the Planning & Development Department, each plan shall contain the date of revision. Each set of revised plans must be accompanied by a new Development Data Sheet bearing the same date as the plan revision. The new Data Sheet will reflect any changes to the data occasioned by the plan revisions. If more than one residential building is to be constructed on a lot, it will also be necessary to complete a Multiple Building Data Sheet that gives detailed data for each building. Multiple Building Data Sheets shall also be revised each time revised plans are submitted. ALL PLANS MUST BE IN METRIC ONLY
