It is close for visiting Innishannon, Upton, Crossbarry or Enniskeane, and Dunmanway, Ballinscarthy, Clonakilty, Skibbereen, Belgooly or Kinsale. EDUCATION There are four secondary schools in Bandon. One of these, Bandon Grammar School, is a fee paying Church of Ireland-ethos boarding school. The other schools include Hamilton High School, St. Brogan's and the Presentation Sisters College. BEACHES Beaches close to The Farm include Coolmaine and Harbour View and Tragumna in Skibbereen, and Inchyadoney near Clonakilty. FISHING The Bandon River is an angler s paradise, primarily a salmon and sea trout river but there are also plenty of resident brown trout on all stretches of the river system.
