NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Medina County, Ohio, that the bid of N & N Construction Company is hereby accepted. RESOLUTION NO. 18-0574 AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH JANE BARNETT FOR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SERVICES FOR THE FAMILY FIRST COUNCIL WHEREAS, the Medina County Board of Commissioners did previously adopt Resolution No. 95-664 which established a Family First Council pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 121.37, and WHEREAS, it was subsequently determined that the Council was in need of obtaining the services of a Family First Coordinator to assist with the administrative functions of the Early Intervention Program and for the provision of independent evaluation and consultation services, and WHEREAS, an agreement with Jane Barnett to provide these consulting services has been prepared for authorization by the Medina County Board of Commissioners, and WHEREAS, the agreement is for the time period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, and WHEREAS, the agreement with Jane Barnett as the Family First Coordinator for Early Intervention Program at compensation rate of $3,350.00 per month, for an amount not to exceed $40,200 during this contract period. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of County Commissioners that the agreement with Jane Barnett for the provision of independent contractor services for the Family First Council be approved.
