L16-045 - Orleans Parish, City of New Orleans - Not exceeding $120,000,000 General Obligation Bonds, in one or more series, not exceeding 8%, not exceeding 30 years, (1) $100,000,000 for roads, streets and bridges, base stabilization, drainage adjustments and related sidewalks, curbing, street lighting, stormwater management, and landscaping; (2) $15,000,000 for public buildings and facilities and parks and recreational facilities, and (3) $5,000,000 for fire trucks and firefighting equipment, including acquiring land, equipment and furnishings. 41.
