MOTOR VEHICLES AND PARKING POLICY It is a condition of any tenancy agreement that tenants will abide by the Motor Vehicle & Parking Policy of Horton Apartments:- Your vehicle must be parked in the car park, not in the visitor bays. Under no circumstances is the car park to be used for storage of furniture or other belongings. There are limited parking bays available in the complex and these are for visitors and tradespeople only. On site motor vehicle repairs are not permitted. Arrange to have your vehicle towed to the nearest mechanical repair facility. If your vehicle is losing oil, buy a drip tray and place it under the vehicle. Do not allow oil to drip onto the carpark floor or throughout the complex roadway. The tenant s agree to pay the break lease fee of one (1) weeks rent + GST and to keep up rental payments until new tenant/s move into the property. All tenant/s will be required to sign the break lease documents. The tenant/s understands and agrees not to add any fixtures to the property without consent of the Lessor/Agent.
