Elwood. Apr 1887 = John Fallon of Downsville dies in a train accident returning from his uncle in Forest City. (Died at the mountain house in Starrucca, Pa) (See the New Milford Advertiser, 25 April 1887)[See also Binghamton, NY paper around the same time.] 18 Oct 1890 = Mrs. Hanna S. Fallon marries John Bonner. Both listed of Forest City. (See Marriage certificate and Montrose Democrat). THe pastor and his relative appear to be the witnesses. 1900 census gives her age as 63. She was living with Leo E. Fallon & family. Census lists all children surname Fallon. Marjorie Kearney Kerrigan had in her possesion a photo album of Elwoods which included Grummon Elwood at the beginning. In addition, she recollected visiting the Elwood farm in Downsville, New York. 17 Jan 1972 = Genevieve Fallon Kearney s death. Mother listed as Hannah Bonner and father listed as Leo Fallon by James Kerrigan. However, he may not have known the family history, and he associated her with the Bonner family in Lenox, Pennsylvania. Also note that the gravestones in Lenox give differnt birth dates than the census for Hannah and children. Elwood Fallon lived in New Milford Pa, in 1988-1989.
