Providing a procedure to declare snow emergencies for plowing purposes and to regulate the removal of snow and slush from sidewalks. Amending the Little Lehigh Stormwater Management Ordinance, the Saucony Creek Stormwater Management Ordinance, and the Maidencreek Stormwater Management Ordinance, to amend appendices concerning rational runoff coefficients. Providing for temporary reduction of speed limits and weight restrictions on certain roads within the Township for purposes of detours during road construction and authorizing placement of signs stating said speed limits and weight restrictions are in effect. Amending and Reenacting 2003-5, requiring all owners of improved property located within the Township adjoining or adjacent to or whose principal building is within 150 feet from the sanitary sewer system to be constructed, owned and operated by the Maxatawny Township Municipal Authority to connect such improved property with and to use such sewer system. 2011-5 Earned Income Tax N/A 2012-1 Imposing Fine for False Fire Alarms N/A Amending and restating 2005-1 and upon effective date of such ordinance shall repeal 2005-1, in order to update the current levy of an earned income tax, for general Township purposes; updating filing requirements for declarations and returns; updating collection duties and prescribing penalties for violation thereof; and related provisions. Making unlawful the starting or spreading any false alarm which police, fire, or emergency medical personnel are called, including false alarms caused by improperly maintained or defective alarm systems, imposing penalties for violation, providing for severability and repealing of 1987-3.
