David McCauley for the property known as 360 Woolwich Street and 15 Mont Street at an upcoming Council meeting. Meeting Date: November 9, 2015 Location: Council Chambers, City Hall, 1 Carden Street Time: 7:00 p.m. SUBJECT LANDS 360 Woolwich Street and 15 Mont Street: The subject site consists of a total site area of 1041 square metres (0.1 hectares) and is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Woolwich Street and Mont Street.

City Council Decision Meeting Notice PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF APPLICATION The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to rezone the subject site from the current R.1B (Single Detached Residential) and OR (Office-Residential) Zones to a single Specialized R.4D-? (Residential Infill Apartment) Zone. The proposed specialized R.4D-? Zone is requested to permit the development of a total of six (6) residential apartment units and approximately 135 square metres of office floor space on the ground floor of the existing dwelling at 360 Woolwich Street. Five residential apartment units are proposed as an addition to the rear of the existing mixed use building at 360 Woolwich Street, which is proposed to maintain one residential dwelling on the upper floors and office use on the ground floor (See Details of Proposal section of notice). The proposed development includes a rear parking area accommodating a total of 9 off-street parking spaces. The parking area would be accessed through a new shared driveway under the proposed building addition.
