OFFICE PREMISES REQUIRED ON LEASE FOR OUR BRANCH OFFICE AT ARMOOR TOWN, NIZAMABAD DIST., TELANGANA Sealed offers are invited in two-bid system from interested property owners offering their Premises for the Armoor Branch office of our Company on long-term lease. The premises should have a carpet area of around 1000 sft (maximum), and should be situated in Armoor Town, preferably in a prime business locality, in the ground or first floor, along with adequate drinking water facility & availability of reserved parking space for vehicles of our staff as well as customers Interested parties may submit their bids in two separate envelopes, duly superscribed as Technical Bid and Financial Bid. The formats for the Technical and Financial Bids are given below. Both these bids should be put in a single larger envelope which should be superscribed Offer of premises for BO Armoor. This should be addressed to The Deputy General Manager, United India Insurance Co. Ltd., Regional Office, United India Towers, 3-5-817 & 818, Basheerbagh X Roads, Hyderabad 500 029. These bids can also be obtained from our Hyderabad Regional Office or from our Armoor Branch Office, presently located at First Floor, Tammi Complex, Door No.3-1-88/29, Ambedkar Park, Ambedkar Chowk, Nizamabad X Roads, Armoor 503224, Nizamabad District, Telangana (Phone No.08463-222344, (Contact person: Shri Balkishan, Branch Manager, Cell No.89788 71233) during office hours on all working days till 9 th July 2018, on payment of Rs.100/- by Cash/DD.
