Allegation of Facts: That by Order to issue in Cause CD No. 201408916T, the Corporation Commission has been requested to space the subject tract as 40-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of oil from the Calvin, Senora, Earisboro, Bartlesville, Booch, Atoka, Gilcrease, Dutcher, Union Valley, Cromwell and Wilcox common sources of supply. The Applicant proposes to drill a well and develop the units and common sources of supply. The respondents and Applicant have not agreed to pool their interests so as to develop the units and common sources of supply as a unit. Due diligence has been exercised to locate each respondent and a bona fide effort was made to reach an agreement with each of the respondents as to the unit development as a unit. 3. Legal Authority: Title 52 O.S., 87.1(e). 4. Relief Sougi: The Applicant requests that the Oklahoma Corporation Commission issue an Order pooling the interests as a unit and adjudicating the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the aforementioned common sources of supply underlying the captioned premises all in accordance with 52 O.S., 87.1, to designate the Applicant or some other party as operator and grant said operator one-year in which to commence operations
