The plot map shows the vision of the current owner but each of the individual plots (1-24, excluding plot 19) and the additional development land (top left on map) can be sized or positioned differently. We are also informed that planning for condos/apartment, hotels and front-line shops and restaurants would not be a problem.
Additional Information 10 i. BIDS Bids can be made on all the above lots or a combination of individual lots. ii. PLANNING PERMISSION With regards to planning permissions on each of the plots we have no reason to believe that permission would be denied for anything from condominiums, hotels and villas to shops and restaurants as these are all in the near vicinity (this is further confirmed by the fact Black Mountain Golf Resort is just 1km away integrating many different types of developments to date). Any planning permission would have to be sought by the purchaser of the land. iii. TITLE DEEDS There are no outstanding loans on the land or property and the title deeds are Chanots (Nor Sor 4). This type of title deed is registered at the Land Department in the province in which the land is located. It grants the holder of the documents full rights over the land. It is therefore the strongest type of title deed. The title deed contains a legal description of the land boundary markers that are carefully ascertained and referenced by satellite images. There are currently 3 title deeds linked to the land, each of which we believe can be split in to 9 individual deeds, but this should be confirmed by a solicitor, however we know that there are available licenses at the land office which allow land deeds to be split as many times as required.
