Jantzen Development Since 2006, Jantzen Development has been one of the leading providers of farmland investments in Romania. We have acquired and sold on more than 26,000 hectares of farmland in southern Romania. We have also advised several major farmland transactions on the market on the side of the buyer or the seller. Our team consists of lawyers, surveyors, special assistants and a fi nancial department all professionals and well experienced in their own fi eld. Mr. Branislav Pacák, the Managing Director, is responsible for the organization and the daily business. The company is wholly owned by Mr. Erik Jantzen, who himself plays an active role as the CEO.

KNOW WHO Selling your farmland Jantzen Development has a broad network of international and Romanian clients looking for investment in farmland. Since 2011, we have sold a number of larger established farmland projects for investors who wanted to exit their investment. We have acted as the sole representative of the seller, handled the process from sales preparation to finding the investor to negotiating the contract and finally the transfer to a new investor. We put focus on sale preparation in order to optimize the sale for you in terms of price and comfort.
