Goals why become a member (clearly communicated what is EAAE and benefits of becoming a member) why remain a member (show ongoing activities, invite to become involved) connect (subscribe to newsletter, motivate users to contact us) be responsive (allow members to add their own information) Brief visit from new user (less then 30s) will read short info about EAAE + How to join will see that website is alive will be asked to stay in touch and subscribe to the newsletter will be greeted by the President and asked to contact us Brief visit from regular user (less than 30s) will see important upcoming deadlines will see what is new

1. Color Coding User will very quickly recognize the color coding system that works across the whole website. Red for EAAE, yellow for supported conferences, purple for projects and so on. 2. Communication There are several elements that call for action since the first contact with the website. We see the EAAE as an open, modern organisation that wants to support and unite the field of architectural education in Europe. 3. Standardisation Everything is designed in a unified card system based on a grid with all images with aspect ratio of 3:2. This ensures that everything can be used in News aggregator or Newsletter without any text editing or image cropping.
4. News aggregator This main section will agregate all the news informations that will be selected by page administrator. It can be used for special announcements, events, projects, job offers, member news, latest member and so on. 5. Calendar All the upcoming deadlines will be highlighted here, since they are important for regular visitors who participate or often attend these events. 6. Notifications Email notification system for regular users. It will notify them about selected events, deadlines etc.
7. Program and Events This section shows standardised tiles with upoming EAAE Agenda, projects, conferences and supported events using standardised tiles. Events can be quickly filtered using menu button on the top. 8. Job Offers Jobs offers can be used as a new revenue stream for EAAE it is an ideal platform to connect professionals from this field. 9. Member News By publishing member news, EAAE can acquire a lot of new information and data that can be used to create a content rich community and support communication on the website and social media.
10. Community After reading the main section of the website, visitor is greeted by the president and asked to become a part of the community. 11. Latest member Latest EAAE member is promoted on the homepage. 12. Contact form As a community we are always open to suggestions and ideas - we are encouraging people to contact us.

4. Faculty profile Profile consist of brief introduction and the rest is structured into sections and hidden so the page is not so overwhelming on the first sight. 5. Jobs and News Jobs and News from selected university are directly accessible from the school page. 6. Contact informations If the user have any ideas or found a incorrect information, he can easily contact the EAAE.
