Property for Sale by Bids L-1800153-19, 218.69+/- Acres, Ottawa County, Michigan Bid Procedure Written bids will be received at the office of Farmers National Company, 411 Nepessing, Lapeer, MI 48446, until 1:00 PM (EDT), on Friday, June 15, 2018. Bids should be for the total dollar amount and not per acre. Please submit your highest and best offer. There will be no oral bidding. We will acknowledge receipt of all bids. Seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and modify bidding requirements at their discretion. Bid Method: Bidding will be either by a single whole farm bid OR by the individual tract desired. Contact Agent for additional tract questions. Terms of Sale and Closing Terms of the sale are cash. The successful bidder will be required to sign a purchase agreement and provide a 10% earnest money check with the balance due at closing in approximately 30 days. At the execution of the purchase agreement, the successful bidder will provide a lender s financial commitment letter for the amount of the purchase price. The seller will provide an owner s policy of title insurance in the amount of the contract price. The cost of title insurance and escrow closing services will be shared equally between buyer and seller. Seller will convey title by a special warranty deed. Property Taxes Real estate taxes for 2017 payable in 2018 will be paid by the seller.
