Ms Jessie Yong Ms Yeo Mui Hong Head, Marketing Services Jessie heads CapitaLand Commercial Management Pte. Ltd., the property manager of the Trust s portfolio. She is responsible for the profitability of the properties, implementing initiatives that will maximise rental income and minimise property expenses. She works closely with the Manager to achieve target objectives for all the buildings and ensures that the operations and performance of all the Trust s assets, including asset plans, are dilligently executed to optimise returns. Jessie also oversees marketing and leasing, property services, lease administration and marketing communications related to the Trust s properties. She majored in Economics and Social Arts at the National University of Singapore. Mui Hong oversees the leasing and marketing activities of the Trust s property portfolio. Her key responsibilities are to maximise rentals and occupancy rates of the properties. Other duties include building closer relationships with key tenants, conceptualising and implementing marketing strategies, as well as budgeting, planning activities and lease management. Mui Hong has more than 10 years experience of leasing and marketing spanning across the retail, industrial and office sectors. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Statistics and Japanese Studies. Ms Kathrine Koo Head, Property Services Mr Chin Chee Leok Head, Lease Administration Kathrine s primary responsibility is to oversee the operational performance of all the Trust s properties. Working closely with the respective Building Managers, she ensures smooth operations at the buildings, saving costs and minimising maintenance expenses. She is also tasked with maximising revenue from nonrental sources by identifying and implementing new initiatives for car parks, and advertisements at kiosks and event spaces. Kathrine has many years of experience in the management of properties in both Singapore and overseas. She holds a degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore. Chee Leok is responsible for the administration of the Trust s leases. His key duties include lease documentation, execution and completion, rental collection, arrears management, service charge determination and property tax assessment. Chee Leok holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Property from Curtin University of Technology, Australia. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute and a Professional Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, United Kingdom. page 44

They are actively involved in three fundamental areas day-to-day operations, customer service and finance budgeting all of which are critical to the continued growth of CapitaCommercial Trust. In addition to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running and operations of the properties under their management, they are responsible for ensuring high standards of maintenance and customer service. To improve the yield of the properties, the Building Managers also plan and implement cost-saving measures, aimed at lowering maintenance spending without compromising the quality and condition of the properties.they possess the requisite experience in property management and leadership qualities to effectively manage their teams. The Group Technical Manager supports the Head of Property Services in day-to-day mechanical and engineering-related matters from monitoring and implementing all master service contracts, to ensuring functionality of all building equipments. He is also involved in the asset enhancement and energy saving initiatives for all of the Trust s properties. page 45
