Background Patio de Haria is for sale by the owners for personal reasons and has been priced at well under market value in order to secure a quick completion. Having purchased the property in 2006, they have made substantial improvements to it and have maintained it to the highest standards, sparing no expense. The property consists of two houses, which are semi-detached and self- contained, an integral garage and two outbuildings on a total plot of 4,500 square metres, with extensive landscaped gardens, patios and an indoor / outdoor heated swimming pool. It is situated in the picturesque village of Haría, in the north of Lanzarote, known as the valley of a thousand palms. There are two supermarkets and several bars and restaurants in the village as well as a petrol station. Arrieta beach is 10 minutes away, and the major northern tourist attractions of Jameos del Agua, Cueva de los Verdes and Mirador del Rio all within easy reach. There are a number of options to adapt the property for various uses.

House One House one is a three double bedroom, three bathroom property, with independent kitchen / diner and a living room which leads onto a conservatory, which in turn opens onto the main patio. Bedroom one is upstairs and is en-suite and features a solid wood floor, with exposed beams in a church roof and a Canarian balcony to the front. This has a major impact on year round usability and also has a dramatic effect on running costs. The pool is ten metres in length, and has Roman steps at the shallow end and a Counter Current to swim against at the deep end. It is fitted with an electric heater with titanium pump.

There is an outside shower, and a large built in barbecue area set in a magnificent natural stone wall.
