AVE AT BLUE BELL EXTENDED STAY RESIDENCES Location: Whitpain Township PA Client: Korman Communities Architect: Barton Partners Services: Site/Civil Environmental Landscape Architecture Natural Resources & Permitting OVERVIEW The AVE at Blue Bell project sought to expand the Korman Communities AVE brand with this newest addition of a 270-unit amenity rich high-end extended stay facility. Langan provided site planning zoning relief and due diligence services early on in the project to facilitate discussions with township staff and support efforts to rewrite zoning for the former light industrial site to this new use. Langan's efforts expanded into detailed site design and construction documentation for all of the site and outdoor areas including the detailed amenity spaces.

ARTIST WALK - CENTERVILLE Location: Fremont CA Client: BVH CenterStreet Properties LLC Services: Environmental OVERVIEW Artist Walk is a community-focused mixed-use development in Fremont's Centerville District. It consists of five buildings between three and four stories. It includes almost 29 000 SF of ground floor commercial space 185 residential apartments (market rate and affordable) a community center and a public courtyard. Langan's environmental team is addressing contaminated soil and subsurface soil-vapor gas found in some parts of the 6.7-acre site.

PPL CENTER Location: Allentown PA Client: Hammes Company Sports Development Allentown Commercial and Industrial Development Authority Architect: Sink Combs Dethlefs Services: Geotechnical OVERVIEW The PPL Center is a new arena that is part of the redevelopment of a five-acre city block in downtown Allentown. The 8 500-seat arena will host the Lehigh Valley Phantoms an American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL?s Philadelphia Flyers. Langan provided geotechnical services in support of the project.

AUTOZONE Location: Various Locations in Texas Client: AutoZone Inc. Services: Site/Civil Landscape Architecture Geotechnical Traffic & Transportation Traditional Surveying OVERVIEW In support of AutoZone's aggressive national expansion program Langan was retained to provide site/civil design permitting and landscape design services for the construction of multiple AutoZones in Texas. Projects generally include city and county permitting for stormwater management Municipal Utility District (MUD) coordination for the utility design and city/county Planning Commission review and approval.

BATTERY EAST VISTA Location: San Francisco CA Client: Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy Services: Environmental OVERVIEW Langan provided environmental site characterization soil remediation and risk assessment services for the improvement project at the historic Battery East Vista located southeast of the Golden Gate Bridge toll plaza. The Battery East Bay Trail was expanded and a scenic overlook and landscaping was constructed over a historic landfill. MAUDE & MATHILDA R&D CAMPUS - LINKEDIN & APPLE Location: Sunnyvale CA Client: Kilroy Realty Corporation Services: Environmental Geotechnical OVERVIEW Maude & Mathilda Research & Development (R&D) office campus is Class A office space that consists of three mid-rise buildings an amenities building and a five-level parking garage. Apple and LinkedIn occupy the 560 000 SF campus. Langan worked with the project team to evaluate options to mitigate potential volatile organic compound (VOC) vapor intrusion conditions for the site development and to prepare design documents for the selected remedies.

SERENA DEL MAR Location: Cartagena Colombia Client: Novus Civitas Architect: SB Architects Moshe-Safdie Architects Partner: EDSA Services: Site/Civil Geotechnical Environmental Traffic & Transportation OVERVIEW The project is located on a 1 000 hectare site along the coastal highway immediately north of the city of Cartagena Colombia. The phased development will include about 10 000 residential units ranging from social housing to luxury resort homes a US-branded community hospital several hotels a branded championship golf course office and retail shopping centers and a regional mall.

CANDLESTICK POINT CENTER BLOCK CP02 Location: San Francisco CA Client: FivePoint / Macerich JV Services: Site/Civil Geotechnical OVERVIEW The Candlestick Point Center Project (CP02) is a planned urban mixed-use project at the former Candlestick Park Stadium. The retail center will be approximately 762 000 SF. The project may also include an adjacent structured parking lot hotel residential space and cinema. Langan is providing site/civil and geotechnical services from schematic design through construction phases.

19NINETEEN CLARENDON BOULEVARD Location: Arlington VA Client: Harkins Builders Services: Environmental OVERVIEW Langan was retained to oversee and supervise the removal of two unknown underground fuel oil storage tanks during site development. A characterization investigation followed and a total of 1 373.59-tons of petroleum-contaminated soils were excavated from the site and transported off-site for disposal. Langan is also conducting the monthly testing and monitoring of the on-site dewatering system that was installed after the site investigation.

CENTERRA APARTMENT TOWER Location: San Jose CA Client: Simeon Commercial Properties Architect: Ankrom Moisan Architects Partner: Nishkian Menninger Services: Geotechnical OVERVIEW Langan performed a geotechnical investigation for this 21-story 347-unit apartment project in San Jose's downtown core. The high-rise apartment tower consists of one and two-bedroom units as well as a pool gym outdoor common area a pet park and 7 000 SF of retail space. The apartment units were constructed over four levels of above-ground parking which will include a large bicycle storage area and an adjoining repair area on the ground floor.

AMERICAN AIRLINES ARENA Location: Miami FL Client: The Miami Heat Architect: Arquitectonica HOK Services: Geotechnical Environmental OVERVIEW A former ship docking facility is the site for the home of the Miami Heat. This 19 000-seat state-of-the-art arena overlooks Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami. Langan provided subsurface investigations to identify the conditions of the site and based upon this information new foundation recommendations were developed. CITY PLACE SANTA CLARA Location: Santa Clara CA Client: Related Urban City of Santa Clara California Services: Site/Civil Environmental Geotechnical OVERVIEW The overall redevelopment site is the 240-acre former Santa Clara all-purpose landfill and project plans are for a mixed-use development that includes office hotel retail restaurant entertainment residential and parking space. We are providing integrated site/civil geotechnical and environmental services for all project phases.

RACE STREET PIER Location: Philadelphia PA Client: Delaware River Waterfront Corporation James Corner Field Operations Partner: CHPlanning VJ Associates Services: Site/Civil Geotechnical Traditional Surveying OVERVIEW Race Street Pier is one of the first public spaces to be designed and built by the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation as part of the new Civic Vision for the Central Delaware Riverfront. Pier 11 was identified as an early action park site and the project was faced with an aggressive schedule as required by the City.
