Must provide your own internet. The apartment is located on the first level of our Kingsgate area home. We have a large family so a lot of noise should be expected to be heard through walls. We have a good amount of storage space and the carpet and all appliances were put in new a few years ago when I moved in. Great location close to Northwest, 405, downtown Kirkland and Bellevue. PCC and Metropolitan Market are just down the street. It s a nice, well maintained 4-plex. Water/Sewer/Garbage is included. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. We have WIFI, and plenty of close street parking. Let me know of any questions. I think this is a nice place and I m pretty easy to live with. Would love a fellow Christian guy to live with!
