They took her back to Geneva County, Ala., on their way to California. Sometimes she called her "Little Mollie Danley" and I never could tell who she was talking about. If this is the Mollie who married Anguish Powell, then it makes sense that she was both Danley and Powell. Aunt Mirtie Owen Baughman knew Callie and Mollie Danley. NOT PROVEN, but she appears to be Mary A (age 16, b. Dec 1883), dau of Oliver Perry and Martha Jane Danley, in Gilmore Precinct, Geneva Co., 1900. Mollie was 26, sgl, still in parents'household in 1910. In 1900, Will Dannelly, age 25, and wife Dony, 16, with son Columbus, 8 mo., lived in Pct 4, Limestone, in Walton County, pg 91A, #144, near William D and Charles Alford households. In 1900, James Henry Powell (son of Daniel F and Nancy Caroline), married to Catherine Alford, also lived in Limestone Precinct 4, pg 91B, #154. Adj Henry Powell was the family of Elbert A Warren, age 60, probably brother to the James Cornelius Warren who married Sarah Ann Powell, Daniel F s sister and dau of Elijah. Elbert s wife was Mandy, with stepchildren. At #151 was family of Perry Dannelly, age 30, and Mary D, 26.
