The subject properties forms part of the The Palms Office Park and are located along Nupen Crescent. The Palms Office Park is situated at the intersection of the R101 and Dale Road, allowing for optimal exposure to passing trade. Halfway House is a suburb of Midrand and is situated approximately 25km north-east of Johannesburg s Central Business District (CBD) and approximately 30km south-west of Pretoria s CBD.
