THE BENEFITS OF BUY-TO-USE-AND-LET Self-occupancy During peak season, owners can stay for up to three weeks, and outside the peak season - for the remaining 35-36 weeks of the year, - self-occupancy is unrestricted. Subletting The Weisse Arena Group is responsible for renting out the flat outside the own-use period and for providing a smooth service to the renters from the time they book the flat to the time they depart. Rental The Weisse Arena Group will make every effort to maximise occupancy at the highest obtainable rates. The rental income flows to the owner following deduction of a commission and operating costs. Income is pooled so constant rental income is guaranteed year round. Maintenance Wear and tear and damage from rental will be repaired and replaced by the Weisse Arena Group, with administrative costs being covered by the owners. 4
