Freedman, Carlton Fields, Tampa Rob has extensive experience in condominium, timeshare and subdivision development, and management. He has worked on the design and operation of master planned and resort communities, obtaining regulatory approvals for the sale and marketing of projects, working on property management arrangements, and preparing the various documents and instruments of record. He is active with The Florida Bar (he is the incoming Chair of the Condominium and Planned Development Committee), the American Bar Association, and the American Resort Development Association (where he is the editor of a compendium of state timeshare laws). Carl H. Lisman, Lisman, Webster & Leckerling, P.C., Burlington, Vermont Carl represents, among others, resort developers, owners, and operators; resort homeowners associations; and construction and permanent lenders. For three decades, he has been in the forefront in the development of the law of common interest communities, including the condominium, planned community, and cooperative forms of ownership. He is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the Anglo-American Real Property Institute, and The American Law Institute; and was, for 18 years, an adjunct professor at the Vermont Law School. A member of the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws, he is chair of the NCCUSL Drafting Committee to Revise the Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act. His practice currently includes representation of four-season resort developers and operators, condominium hotel developers, and time share sponsors. John F.
