Waterfront Wakefield is transforming an historic, neglected part of the city into a unique place to live and work. The quality of our office design will set a benchmark in West Yorkshire and create a stimulating and invigorating working environment. These offices, steeped in Wakefield s past, are the city s future. Phase one of the scheme is made up of 3 office buildings, which represents 1/4 of the commercial element and 58 of more than 200 planned apartments. In addition there are restaurants and cafe bars proposed in phase 1.

The masterplan for the area includes the restoration and conservation of a number of fine historical structures such as the 18th century Grade II* Listed Calder & Hebble Navigation Warehouse and the Grade II Listed Phoenix and Rutland Mills complex. The historic buildings will be sympathetically restored and, together with a range of new buildings, will provide an imaginative mix of more than 500,000 sq ft (46,500 sq.m.) of high quality riverside apartments, offices and restaurants, cafés, small shops, landscaped gardens, courtyards, alleyways and public spaces. The 100 million mixed-use development includes a 20 million art gallery, The Hepworth Wakefield to celebrate the work of sculptor Dame Barbara Hepworth and a new pedestrian bridge over the River Calder, to improve linkages between the Waterfront and the City Centre.
This landmark project is part of a modern community combining living, working, relaxing and playing. The waterfront itself provides a beautiful backdrop, stimulating the growth of quality offices, restaurants, delicatessens, shops and apartments. The above shots are taken from the Round Foundry and represents the sort of environment which is being created at Wakefield Waterfront. The Round Foundry is another award winning scheme by CTP St James. Waterfront provides much-needed, highspecification quality office space, with flexible floor plates, in the southern sector of Wakefield city centre. It opens up a new gateway to the city, creating a new community with its own character and ambience. Our 1st phase is delivered alongside 58 residential apartments and 3 restaurant/bar units.
Your work environment; a community of energy and creativity, allowing you to live your life the way you want to and helping you to achieve the very best.
