The University of Tennessee Campus The University of Tennessee has a current enrollment of over 27,000 students across its undergraduate and graduate programs. The center of the campus is located less than one mile from The Kerns Restaurant and Entertainment District: UT s 400 acre campus is currently undergoing over $1 Billion Dollars worth of redevelopment across several different projects using both private and public funds. These funds are being used to remodel Cumberland Avenue, fund new student housing projects, build new labs, update infrastructure, and will ultimately add over 1 million square feet of buildings to the campus. Neyland Stadium, the epicenter of UT football, seats 102,455 and is located just over the river within site of The Kerns.
