The Crook County / Deschutes County line runs east and west through the property, with deeded and BLM in both counties. Current owner has put in a total so far of 120,000 gallons of stock water storage tanks, and about 20 miles of pipeline to stock tanks. He has installed multiple 3000 gallon metal stock troughs. The owner has also had about 4,000 acres of junipers cut, which benefits cattle grazing.
