The luxury chalet has direct access to the slopes, uninterrupted views and is in the middle of Raffort. You can ski right back to the chalet via the Raffort ski run depending on the snow conditions. The luxury ski chalet was built in 2013 and developed specifically for people who love the mountains and want to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. It has four floors linked by a lift. The wonderful 110sqm living room area with a beautiful central fireplace combines traditional and contemporary materials, mixing old wood and waxed concrete, to create characterful atmospheres. To the south the living room opens onto the sunny 50sqm terrace with a view of the summits in the skiing area. To the north is a breath-taking panoramic view, with the old roofs of the hamlet providing a harmonious foreground. The chalet's kitchen is equipped with state of the art household appliances. It gives onto the elegant authentic eating area. The nearby home cinema has comfortable sofas that can count as extra beds. Several aspects of the chalet make it particularly comfortable, including the lift, centralised vacuum cleaning and floor heating. On the ground floor of the chalet is the entrance hall and ski room with dryers for boots, clothes, gloves and ski rack. The rental chalet has six spacious suites. It can accommodate up to 15 people in six bedrooms. On the first floor there are four suites. On the third floor, under the roof, is the master suite and one more bedroom. Each has a bathroom, a separate toilet and a flat-screen TV. The bedding is new, high-end and its layout can be modified as required. The 180cm beds can be split into single beds. The wellness area offers you a wide choice of relaxing or invigorating sensations like a swim spa, Jacuzzi, sensory shower, steam bath, sauna and massage lounge. The main south-facing terrace gives a spectacular view of the Méribel valley, the summit of La Saulire and Mount Vallon.
