Emersn Cllege Drmitry (1-3 Bylstn Pl.): This 18-stry, 90,000 sq.-ft. student drmitry twer is set t include 380 student beds. Cnstructin began in May 2015 and is slated t cmplete in August 2017 in time fr students t mve in fr the fall semester. Emersn Cllege Little Building Renvatin (80 Bylstn St.): This renvatin f the preexisting student drmitry cmplex at 80 Bylstn St. will add an additinal 294 student beds t the current stck f 750 student beds.
