PBX Residences (8 Harrisn Ave.): This 8-stry, 43,400 sq.-ft. renvatin prject is renvating a preexisting 143,000 sq.-ft. ffice building t cnvert it int 46 apartment units, f which 6 will be designated as affrdable. The mix f units includes 18 studis, 20 ne-bedrm units, and 8 twbedrm units. Cnstructin began in March 2017 and is slated t cmplete in Octber 2017. The Gdfrey Htel (505 Washingtn St.): An $83 millin renvatin f the frmer 59 Temple Pl. ffice twer int a 243-rm, 135,000 square-ft butique htel with grund-flr restaurant & cffee shp. Opened January 2016. Millennium Twer Develpment (1 Franklin St.): 2015: A landmark $495 millin redevelpment f the frmer Filene s int a 650-ft, 442-unit mixed-use residential twer with 95,000 sq.-ft. f retail.
