Vanbrugh Vanbrugh was opened in October 1967 and boasts a 200 capacity tiered lecture theatre, as well as a number of breakout rooms ranging from boardrooms for 16 to theatre style rooms for 62. This makes it an ideal conference venue with plenary and workshop spaces, all complemented by award winning catering and fantastic audio-visual opportunities.

Alcuin College accommodation is within walking distance from the teaching rooms, making this venue ideal for summer schools. Derwent Derwent College is the ideal venue for day meetings and conferences with up to 320 delegates. Derwent s lecture theatre is a flexible space which can transform from tiered seating to a large flat floored space, perfect for exhibitions or a cabaret style event.
