Through collaborative partnerships with the City and County of Napa, Burbank Housing is excited to offer these homes to first-time homebuyers, along with down payment mortgage assistance. Homes range from 1,156-1,325 sq ft All feature 3 bedrooms, 2 or 2.5 bathrooms, and a 1-car garage

From Burbank Housing Fourteen of the 34 homes will be restricted to households earning at or below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The remaining 20 homes will be restricted to households earning at or below 120% AMI. Burbank Housing, along with its preferred lenders, will pre-qualify applicants for household income, debt, credit score, and housing payment ratio in relationship to household income. Home buyers will be offered loans from several funding sources for down payment assistance. Loans are generally fully deferred and accrue interest annually at a very nominal percentage.each home will have restrictions that will limit the resale of the home only to low and moderate income households, to ensure our commitment to affordable housing can thrive long into the future.
