CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chair Hitzemann at 7:30 P.M. in Room 201, City-County Building. II. PUBLIC COMMENT: None III. PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS AND ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS: 1.
