Housing Options in Fullerton Presented by International Programs & Global Engagement
Things to Consider While Safety Looking for Housing: Type of experience Distance to campus Realistic budget Contracts Rent / financial obligations Application deadlines
Getting Started When should I apply for Housing? Since many students prefer to live near campus, the International Student Services office would like to encourage all students to make housing arrangements BEFORE their arrival. Can I apply for Homestay or Dorm UPON arrival? No. This will NOT be possible. In fact, on the first day of school most homestays and dorms are already reserved. Students must apply for housing in advance. Can I apply for an Apartment UPON arrival? Since most apartments require a payment in order to make reservations, and only few apartments are able to collect the payment via credit card, students might have to complete the application process in Fullerton. During the application process, students might have to stay in a hotel. Please contact our office for more information about local hotels.
