2600 Frontview Crescent Completed: 2009 Project consisted of 31 Condominiums and nine luxury townhome residences with spectacular views of downtown Denver and within walking distance to Invesco Field. Design included; roadway redesign, sidewalk circulation and ADA access, parking lot design, erosion control, utility services designs, private and public sewer main extensions, fireline and underground detention. 1200 Delaware Townhomes A Jet Urban Development Project entailed site layout and design for six luxury townhome residences located in downtown Denver. Design included: sidewalk circulation and ADA access, public bus stop, erosion control, utility design of sanitary sewer and domestic water, drainage design and drive courtyard design.

Merchants Row Townhomes in situ DESIGN Completed: 2006 Awards: AIA Colorado Honor Award 2008 Mayors s Design Award 2006 Project consisted of site and utility design of six luxury brownstones, located in downtown Denver with an internal driveway access courtyard. Design included: drainage, City alley reconstruction, sanitary sewer design, finalizing building floor elevation, sidewalks, cost estimation and permitting. Flats 15 Phase 2 Project consisted of seven luxury townhome residences located in downtown with scenic views in an urban infill site. Design included: parking layout, drainage, underground detention, sidewalk circulation and ADA access, public alley redesign, erosion control, utility services, fireline, private and public storm sewer mains, public street and sidewalk improvements. Flats 15 Phase 3 Hive Architects Project consisted of luxury duplex townhome residences located in downtown with scenic views in an urban infill site. Design included: sidewalk circulation and ADA access, utility services, public street and sidewalk improvements.

Hazel Court - Affordable Housing CTA Architects Completed 2008 This project included three prefabricated townhome units. Site layout and elevations were critical to allow drainage pathways to detention pond outfalling to street with no City storm sewers. One unit included a drive ramp and underground parking for the complex. Design included: courtyard layout, storm sewer, drainage, sidewalk and ADA circulation, grading for three townhomes of different floor elevations. Umatilla Townhomes CTA Architects Completed 2005 Project included site design of four townhomes, located in downtown Denver with scenic views of downtown. Design included: courtyard, site, storm sewer, drainage, sidewalk and ADA circulation design for multiple townhomes with several feet of elevation difference between finished floor elevations.

Lawrence Street Townhomes in situ DESIGN Completed: 2006 Project consisted of site and utility design of 11 luxury townhomes located with an internal driveway accessing private garages. Design included: drainage, City alley reconstruction, grading, finalizing building floor elevation, sidewalks and utility service connections. Baker Townhomes Studio Completiva Architects Project consisted of site and utility design for three luxury townhomes in conjunction with historic renovation of an existing duplex into one single family residence. Project included private courtyards and associated grading and drainage, public sidewalk improvements and utility service connections.

2400 Glenarm Completed: 2007 Project consisted of a luxury townhome residences located in downtown with scenic views in an urban infill site. Design included: grading, utilities, drainage, sidewalk circulation and ADA access. Brandon Park Phase 3 Aurora, CO Completed: 2005 Completion of the phase three condominiums included the construction of 28 units within the 72 unit condominium complex. Design required additional permitting and modifications to be completed for grading, drainage, erosion control and roadway design to connect to the phase one and two construction as-builts. Plans were fast-tracked to complete the approval process and avoid project construction delays. Wildcat Flats: A Zulu Development Project Architect: Agency for Architecture Project included site design of nine residential flats above a commercial/retail shop located in downtown Denver. Bold contemporary design and architecture define this structure; hence the project name. Design included: at grade parking with zero lot line setbacks, sidewalk circulation and ADA access, parking lot design, erosion control, utility service designs and a fireline.

The Fairways VaST Architecture Boulder, CO Completed: 2010 Project consisted of grading, drainage, ADA access, utility design and pedestrian circulation design for the reconstruction project of an 8-plex apartment complex destroyed by a fire.
