We offer a wide-ranging service, providing property valuations for part exchange or home change, where the developer will cover all costs for the vendor to sell their property with us to enable them to purchase one of their new homes. We can also offer assistance on land valuations for developers to assess unit price reflective of location and market within that location and detailed financial return. We have over 35 years hands on experience, 25 years gained by working with corporate house builders such as Beazer Homes, Bett Homes, Barratt Homes and smaller independent developers such as Dawn Homes, all of which have covered the central belt. New build properties offer many benefits from the obvious being a fresh brand new home subject to build programme, one of which you would have selected your kitchen choice amongst many other selections. They also offer buyers a blank canvas, a completely fresh apartment or house to make their home. Additionally, new builds are constructed to the latest industry specification which makes them considerably greener and energy efficient. A Home Report includes: the Single Survey which details the current condi on of the property; the Energy Report which details the energy efficiency ra ng of the property; and the Property Ques onnaire which details other important informa- on such as the council tax band, parking op ons and structural 5 6 Prepare Your Home If you want your home to sell quickly, you have to make it stand out.
