Key Insights Kolkata outperformed the North & East cities of the country, accounting for nearly 55% of the combined launches in Gurgaon, Noida and Kolkata in April, 2016 Residential launches remained subdued in Noida due to restrained demand and a large inventory pile-up. However, Gurgaon witnessed a significant increase in launches as compared to Mar 16 While prices in Gurgaon and Noida recorded correction, compared to previous year, major localities of Kolkata witnessed an annual price appreciation in the range of 3% to 11% News & Deals.
