Key Insights Kolkata outperformed the North & East cities of the country, accounting for nearly 55% of the combined launches in Gurgaon, Noida and Kolkata in April, 2016 Residential launches remained subdued in Noida due to restrained demand and a large inventory pile-up. However, Gurgaon witnessed a significant increase in launches as compared to Mar 16 While prices in Gurgaon and Noida recorded correction, compared to previous year, major localities of Kolkata witnessed an annual price appreciation in the range of 3% to 11% News & Deals. Realty firm M3M India completed its deal with Sahara group to acquire 185 acres of land in Gurgaon for Rs.1,211 Crore. The company aims to develop a mixed use project on this land next year after getting necessary approvals US-based realty major Trump Organisation in a joint venture with IREO, plans to develop an iconic office tower in Gurgaon at an estimated cost of Rs.1,000 Crore.
