THE ART OF MAKING Architecture is a means to a design manifesto. The awareness of context, climate and the purpose of built form is the pre-requisite to realising a building. Strategy Work Philosophy ROA has an in-depth knowledge of the local building industry s topography. The ability to deliver successfully on budget and on time on such projects is a testament to ROA s project management ability. Flow Chart & Project Deliverables During the initiation stage, a detailed design and documentation programme will be prepared for the first construction stage of the project. The programme will be prepared in conjunction with the Lead Consultant/Architect and the sub-consultants, including but not limited to structural and civil engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, traffic engineers, environmental engineers, quantity surveyors, landscape architects and etc. Methodology Data Gathering Project Brief Formulation Our proposed structure clearly relies on a team which has shared responsiblity. All successful projects are defined by trusted working relationships. Management of design and communication between the team members and the client will be critical to ensure a successful project outcome. ROA has a proven methodology and experience in management of design and communication activities. We are concious of the different communication media and techniques required by the different stakeholders. Other stakeholders will require effective visual communication of the concept via two and three dimensional drawings. All parties will require clear verbal exposition of both the concept and the functional workings of the project.
