SCHEDULE IX NATIONAL LAND CODE [Rule 36J(2)] NOTICE OF OFFER An investigation has been conducted on the land of.. on and it is discovered that there is a structure / building on it measuring which has breach the condition of agricultural land pursuant to section 115 of the Code which may cause your land to be forfeited. Take Notice you are hereby offered to make an application at this district Land Office to obtain the temporary permit to use agricultural land for other purposes.
