Integrated Damage Assessment Model Provides for damage assessment for Individual Assistance (IA) properties and for Public Assistance (PA) properties with consolidation of totals by Disaster can handle multiple disasters Creates an integrated database from existing local government descriptive real estate and valuation data Allows rapid initial damage estimating then detailed in the house damage estimation using all data previously collected ( progressive data collection with refinements of estimates) Allows consolidation of damage estimates for all categories at the street, city, jurisdiction level, as well as total disaster coverage Reports using standard FEMA formats
